Happiness Comes In Waves! This is a lovely Island Getaway! Estero Beach And Tennis Club 202C is a beachfront efficiency condo located on the quiet, south end of the island. Charming and comfy for two (and two more on the sleeper sofa), 202C is an open concept efficiency condo featuring brand new furnishing with a costal vibe. There's a Dining Table for 4, a King Sized Bed with new mattress, comfortable seating, Sleeper Sofa, new flat screen TV in the living room. Luxury wood vinyl plank flooring throughout, no carpet. Gorgeous, newly remodeled Full Bath with a Walk In Shower. Newly remodeled Kitchen with all dishware, cookware and tableware. There's free cable TV and Wifi! All linens and towels (including beach towels) supplied.
But you will be spending most of your time out on the private 2nd floor balcony. With a beautiful view of the island, including a partial view of the turquoise waters of the Gulf, you can sit for hours taking in the sea breezes and listening to the surf.
There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PET POLICY which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples.
