Summary: When we arrived there was no record for us staying there, moved to a hotel with same name-same result! Next day we went back and were told everything was fine and reimbursed with a day extra for the one lost. Getting warm showers is hard to get there. Staff was otherwise friendly and the breakfast buffet good.
