Payments and City Tax:
• Amsterdam city tax is calculated at 12.5% of your reservation value.
• Cash payments are not accepted at the hotel.
Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations are allowed up to 72 hours before arrival ( 3:00 PM).
• Non-refundable bookings cannot be refunded in case of cancellation.
• No-shows will be charged for the full stay.
General:
• The reception and lounge area are open 24/7.
• Minimum age: 18 years (no children allowed).
• Check-in is available from 3:00 PM.
• Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.
Peace and Respect:
• Please respect other guests and neighbors.
• Quiet hours in the sleeping area are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Luggage and Belongings:
• Each pod features smart storage solutions, including easy-access luggage storage below or nearby, accommodating medium-sized trolleys with ease.
• For additional storage or larger items, you can use one of our limited extra lockers for a small fee.
• Lockers and luggage storage are available, but the hotel is not liable for any loss or damage.
