We offer the option of spending the night here, with a price to suit every budget: double, triple or family rooms with private bathroom, as well as a spacious dormitory room with A/C or fan with an amazing view of the sunrise over the lake. We also want you to feel refreshed and ready to explore - so we made sure we have comfy mattresses, charging station for your equipment by each bed, individual reading lights and fans, free filtered water & fresh coffee every morning.
Our well-stocked bar & restaurant serves refreshing cocktails and delicious homemade comfort food at a great price.
We have direct access to the water with a nice sandy beach, free kayaks, floating dock and some water toys as well. Come here to play table tennis or pool table or to try the only 'petanque' (boules) area in the south of Nicaragua. We offer awesome patio views, landscaped gardens, a wonderful shady ranch with sun chairs, hammocks and a bar right on the water's edge.
