Tamana means to feel at home in Malagasy. We are an ecofriendly hostel promoting sustainable tourism and incredibly good vibes in Nosy Be. We know this island-off-an-island inside and out, and can serve as the one stop shop to explore Nosy Be and surrounding islands.
Our hostel is accessible to travelers of all budgets and backgrounds as we offer affordable dorm beds, beautiful private rooms with balconies and sea views, and a comfortable family room that can sleep up to five! Each bunk is complete with a mosquito net, individual fan, reading light, lock-box, outlet, and towel. One family room is available that has a double bed and three single beds (bunkbed style) with a private bathroom. We also have four private rooms with private bathrooms, all have balconies with great views! Every room in Tamana has access to free wifi in room, and to the communal kitchen.
Tamana is fresh and energetic, which is reflected in our decor and the attitude of our staff.The rooftop bar has the best views in town and its the place where you can always enjoy delicious food, good music, and great company.
