Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Affordable and reasonably comfortable. Walking distance to music event that brought us to Sacramento. Seemingly safe neighborhood in the downtown area of Sacramento.

Negative: House boasts a very eclectic atmosphere, to say the least. Our room was the "Alice in Wonderland" offering. Not to say it was negative in any way, but some folks might not appreciate its eccentricities.
