With a huge backyard, a sparkling pool, spa, and other fun activities, your stay will be a memorable one! Our home is surrounded by world-class golf courses, casinos, shopping centers, outlets, a soccer park, theatre & ample restaurants within just a few miles!
The Home
This spacious home situated on over a 1/3 acre lot offers the following amenities:

Home access
Guests have access to the entire space, including the garage (we don't want you parking in the heat). Please respect and do not touch the locked cabinets with our crew's cleaning supplies.
Other things to note:
- A vacation rental agreement with a list of all guests staying and emergency contact is required to be filled out prior to arrival. A copy of the guest's drivers license is required per government regulations.
- Per City of La Quinta noise ordinance, there is no outdoor music allowed. If police or code enforcement officers are called to the property, the primary guest is responsible for the violation-related fines (which can be in excess of $1,000). Please stay mindful of City Ordinances!
- Spa can be heated to maximum 100 degrees and heating is turned off at 12am. If you would like pool/spa heating, please try to let us know in advance. Spa will be shut off automatically after one hour of use, but can be extended if needed. Spa heating is $45/day. Pool & Spa heating together is $150/day. Please note that to combat abuse, unauthorized spa heating is prohibited. Maximum pool temperature is 82 degrees.
- If you would like to bring your small dog(s) to the property, there is a $150 non-refundable pet cleaning fee per pet. This covers a complete pet-specific cleaning (including carpets) for stays with a dog. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a dog. Thank you for your understanding!
- Please note that the utility bills (electric, gas, and water) are the responsibility of the guests will be billed upon departure or a monthly basis, depending on your stay duration.
