Positive: Great furniture, cozy apartment. Awesome coffee, but no sugar available. Nice window view.

Negative: It says you can pay at the property but, in fact, the host wanted us to pay in advance via a link they sent in messages. The invoice was issued in EUR instead of DKK (which is the currency of the country) and it was weird for me because my local currency is not EUR so I paid them with a double conversion (DKK -> EUR -> UAH). Moreover, the exchange rate was not fair enough, Booking.com shows less in EUR but the host wanted about 4+ EUR more in the invoice. The bed sheets were not included in the price and cost an extra 15 EUR on Booking.com, but the host first asked for 40 EUR somehow. After clarifying the price according to Booking.com confirmation - the host asked for 30 EUR instead. But it was really weird to hear a different price from the host on request in the beginning. Nevertheless, if you're 2 people - it seems you will have to pay 30 EUR instead of 15 EUR mentioned in the booking. IMO 30 EUR for 2 persons does not sound like a fair price to me. Anyway, all those minor things leave an unpleasant impression on customers after all. There is no table near the stove so it's not very convenient to cook. The water in the bathroom and shower was slowly draining. Also, a lot of steps the host requires from you before the checkout - it feels like you have to clean everything yourself and prepare for the next tenant while it should be done by a clean service. It was dirty under the bedroom.
