Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Good location with great views of the twin towers from the infinity pool, and from the photo location. Room was clean.

Negative: The check-in process is not smooth. The property asked us to contact one agent prior to booking via Whatsapp who asked us for a screenshot of the booking (this becomes important later). We had to wait for some time in spite of sending booking details and arrival time. At check out, we requested that they keep our luggage, and they asked us to keep the luggage in our room and return the key, and that they would return the bags "within 5 minutes": this took over 30 minutes,resulting in a substantial waiting time to be added to the fare. The most worrying fact was that the property used the details of my stay (from the screenshot) to give itself a 10 rating. I had to contact booking.com authorities many times to edit this review. Please be wary of such fake ratings, as this leaves a bad impression.
