Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Overall the hotel was clean and the location was great. Close to food markets, had a private bathroom for each room, and had what we needed.

Negative: The first room we were placed in had an A/C that wasn't working. They were able to switch us to another room, which we appreciated, but the first night was pretty uncomfortable. We had to ask to be switched to another room and at first were told that the technician wouldn't be able to come out over the weekend. It seemed they may have put someone else in that room afterwards knowing the AC wasn't working. We had to open the windows to make the room bearable and got over 30 mosquito bites in total that night. In addition, the hotel is located in an alleyway that is in the red light district. Some folks would want to be mindful of that!
