There are two assigned parking spaces and additional free parking on the street adjacent to the unit on both 38th and 39th street. Listen to the waves crash and smell the salty air as soon as you open the balcony door from the living room. The very large balcony is only steps to the beach and offers a breathtaking ocean view where you can relax with your morning coffee or evening drinks. Spend a week enjoying the beach in this peaceful family friendly atmosphere.

This unit is within walking distance (less than 10 blocks) to the boardwalk, shopping and many restaurants/bars including: Seacrets, Macky's, Barn 34, Mother’s Cantina, 45th Street Taphouse, Shotti’s Point, Higgins Crab House South, On the Bay Seafood, Rita's, Dough Roller, Anthony's Sub Shop, Satellite Café, Jolly Roger Amusement/Water Park and the famous Coconuts Beach Bar and Grill to name a few.

AMENITIES: The kitchen has been completely renovated with a high-end granite, backsplash and newly re-finished grey cabinets. The master bedroom has one double bed and a twin daybed with a twin trundle with new mattresses that sleeps 4 people. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen and double bed with new mattresses that sleeps 4 people. Both bathrooms were completely renovated and have a full bathtub/shower with granite vanities and new toilets. The living and dining room are newly furnished and decorated. Sofa was recently purchased and is a queen size sleeper. The sleeper sofa mattress has been upgraded to memory foam for additional comfort. Stove/oven and refrigerator were recently replaced as well. The sliding door to the balcony allows for expansive views of the ocean. There is a large flat screen in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with newer silverware, cookware, dishes, glasses and other kitchen accessories including Keurig, microwave, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Central air conditioning and heat, additional fans for extra comfort, iron and ironing board and vacuum.
WHAT TO BRING: towels, sheets and pillowcases, soap/laundry detergent and paper products. Bedding consists of 2 queen, 2 doubles and 2 singles.
A linen company can be recommended and provided if the guest decided they would prefer to have towels and sheets delivered to the condo upon arrival. This would be set up and paid for by the guest.
