On the ground floor: Living room and kitchen converted from the former forge with its red brick fireplace and wall-mounted wood-burning stove - pantry - WC - bathroom with walk-in shower and sauna.
On the 1st floor: a master bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, bathtub and island with sink and WC - living room with office area.
On the 2nd floor: bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed and a single bed - Zen corner on the mezzanine (2 foam armchairs).
For good insulation, the walls are coated with a hemp and lime mixture.
Public parking is available on the square 50 meters away.
No garden on site.
