In winter you have ski in/ski out access to the slopes, and Hafjell Alpine Centre offers more than 70 kilometers of runs, terrain parks, lifts and a gondola. From Gaiastova and Pellestova you can access a large network of groomed cross-country trails stretching far into Øyerfjellet.
When the snow melts, the area turns into a hub for outdoor activities. Hafjell Bike Park is among Europe’s best downhill parks, and you’ll also find hiking trails for all levels – from short family-friendly walks to full-day treks with panoramic views. Nearby you can visit Hunderfossen Family Park, Lilleputthammer and Barnas Gård, as well as enjoy swimming, fishing and canoeing.
