Large window sections and a direct exit to the partially covered terrace let you experience nature and lots of sunshine in a comfortable way. In the surrounding area you will find good fishing waters, a fishing lake is also only 15 minutes from the house. As an excursion destination well suited are the cities of Mariager, Hadsund, Hobro or Aalborg, in the latter there is an interesting zoo, several museums with art, a naval museum and in the monastery Gråbrødrekloster there is a museum under the ground.
