COASTAL LIVING.
The main living area is furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs grouped around a large fireplace that houses the 55 inch TV. It’s a great place to relax, read the many books in our library or play one of the family games provided. Enjoy the lighthouse inspired art and historical photos displayed on the walls. Stream your favorite shows on the 55 Inch Smart TV which can be viewed from the dinning area as well as the living. A selection of DVD’s are provided or bring your vacation favorites. Complimentary High Speed WiFi is available in the house. Listen to the waves, stroll out to the deck to enjoy your view, or go downstairs to sink into the warm embrace of the hot tub.
DINE IN STYLE
The French Country dining table seats 8 for family gatherings and the fully equipped kitchen is light and bright with all the tools you need to create memorable meals. You will find basic items like olive oil, and condiments in the pantry and a menu board and chalk await your meal plans or messages. The Dinning and living areas are open plan so you can enjoy conversation from the dinning table.
KITCHEN
Experience clean cooking on the electric stove with glass cook-top and a large oven, big enough for thanksgiving turkey. A wide selection of cooking pots, microwave, large toaster, coffeemaker and liquidizer offer you all a chef requires. Place settings, new ceramic wear and glasses, enough to accommodate a family of 8 are supplied. Dishwasher and refrigerator. We have tried to think of every possible need including some of our favorite cooking books in the library.
MASTER BEDROOM
The spacious master boasts a king bed with comfortable mattress, luxe linens, vaulted ceilings, a woodland view from the bay window and an en suite with shower. There is plenty of storage with a turn of the century dresser and closet. Ottoman and vintage chair.
QUEEN BEDROOM
In the cozy queen bedroom you can hear the sound of the ocean and relax in a reading nook. A pillow top mattress makes for a comfortable nights sleep. Luxe linens and a beachy theme complete this quiet retreat. The dresser and closet provide roomy storage. Tiled bath and shower in the en-suite
DOWNSTAIRS 3rd BEDROOM
Designed as a second master this room has a fireplace and standard 40 inch flat screen with DVD player. A comfortable sofa and two twin beds which can be made into a King if you request. Plug in your favorite DVD or choose one from our library. Access to bricked patio with hot tub and woodland view. (child safety lock) en-suite with shower.
UTILITY ROOM
A washer and dryer are available for your own use and a small quantity of detergent and dryer sheets are supplied.
OUTSIDE
The Hot tub can be accessed from the front door and side gate or through the 3rd bedroom. On the 1st floor deck, bar chairs and table provide a comfortable space to watch the ocean while you enjoy a glass of wine and BBQ. Or head downstairs to the garden and enjoy the conversation circle or porch. Venture into our dingley dell and commune with nature soothed by the sounds of the bubbling creek.
ON THE BEACH
Four FREE Beach Bikes are available for your use while you stay at Cliff House. Helmets and Locks supplied. Some Coolers, 4 chairs for the beach and Pick-nick basket are also supplied as well as some beach toys for kids.
The back garden is fully fenced and there's a doggie station by the utility room door with towels for wet paws, throws to protect the furniture from dog hair and doggie bags for poo.
BEACH ACCESS
By the side of a bubbling creek an enchanting trail winds down through woodland to the beach. The trail is solidly constructed with rail road tie steps and a hand rail. Our Gardner keeps this beautiful trail accessible and there is a bench perfectly positioned for sunsets. This beach access is only shared by the other two homes in the cul-de-sac, no other pedestrian access is permitted, so it's very private and just steps away from the front door.
FRONT YARD
The front garden is beautifully landscaped and we have created a conversation circle with 4 chairs and a small table in its center. Surrounded by woodland and creative plantings this is a great place to enjoy a morning coffee or the last rays of the sun in the late afternoon.
