Summary: All in all a very lovely stay, excellent central location, the hotel was very stylish and clean, room was a good size, nice fresh bathroom, and pleasant breakfast area with a nice selection of fresh food. The only two downsides were that the heating in the room was set too hot, and although there was a device to regulate the heating in the room, it didn’t work properly so defaulted to a higher temperature. The other, more minor downside, was that the breakfast buffet was not replenished properly in the last hour of the breakfast. This was however not the case on the last day of our stay when a very friendly gentleman working that shift worked very diligently to refill everything, and also greeted all the guest warmly as they entered.

Summary: Phenomenal customer service that was above and beyond! I slipped and hurt myself and needed a doctor and the staff called one for me and the doctor came to the hotel.
The hotel room was spacious and lovely and had great amenities.

Summary: Our Hotel accomodation is just for 3 night. There is no bed and towel changing as an free of charge. If you have a business trip, I' m not sure about long stay maybe 2 nights just for all. At least could be said if you need something please let us know or something like these kindness. Reception all are computer-based, there is no people at the reception.Maybe in summer times will change

Summary: Great hotel at a super location. Self Checkin works great and we didn’t see or miss the staff at all. Rooms had a decent size and all you needed.

Summary: Excellent area easy to get to a from. U + S bahn and several tram lines.
Nice beds and hairdryer and makeup mirror
It is a self service hotel, so you can leave your things as you like and no one will take a look. You can buy daily cleankng if you want though
A hotel nearby can keep your luggage after check out
None of us were woken up, but ask for a room at the back side if you are noise sensitive. There trams on the front side.
