The house is equipped with beach chairs, Tennis rackets and Tennis-balls, a washer and dryer, an iron, two hair dryers, free WiFi, and a Coffee station. This property is designed to comfortably accommodate a maximum of 6 people, with a $20 extra guest fee per person per night. Events/parties are not allowed unless given prior approval. An event fee must be paid as well. Since the house is privately owned, the homeowners are not responsible for any illnesses, accidents or injuries that occur while on premises. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of valuables or personal belongings. It is agreed by accepting this reservation that all guests are assuming the risk of any harm from their use of the premises or other whom they invite.
