Summary: We had a lovely experience staying three weeks in Aguada. The house is a couple of blocks from the ocean in a quiet rural setting. We enjoyed the nicely set up veranda behind the house with comfy chairs. It was especially delightful to listen to the many birds during the day and the coqui frogs at night. Jannette, the owner, was friendly and helpful. She lives right next door so any time we needed anything she was there in literally five minutes. The house was scrupulously clean and well set up and the area was quiet and safe. Only down sides were the lack of swimming beaches nearby and the small size of the kitchen which made it difficult to do any more than basic cooking, but the delightful setting and tranquility more than made up for these.
