Summary: Location is an area with many stores and walking distance (5 mins) to many restaurants and attractions, we walked to everything. We had a group of seven persons and the three sleeping areas worked out well for us, just note that one of the beds is in an open loft area. Also, lots of steep steps in the apartment so keep that in mind with young kids and elderly. The check in was fantastic as well as all the communications. We got in to Florence early and were able to leave all our bags with the host and came back later to check in - this was GREATLY APPRECIATED. They even moved our bags to the apartment for us, WOW!
