Ground floor apartment with a garden of approximately 210m2, located in a coastal city within a residential area. It is situated close to the city center, just a 7-minute walk from the apartment, and a 15-minute walk from the beach. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartment is characterized by its garden and wooden terrace, perfect for enjoying the warm weather during your leisure time.
The master bedroom has a private bathroom, and the two guest bedrooms share a bathroom.
All rooms in the apartment have a double bed (140cm x 200cm), a large built-in wardrobe, and independent air conditioning (Split system).
The living room and kitchen are fully furnished. The living room has two sofa beds, each 200cm long and 140cm wide. There is a dining area with seating for up to 8 people. The living room also features an entertainment area with a 32" TV and 300mb Wi-Fi, along with sofas that can accommodate up to 8 people. The terrace-garden has been renovated (last renovation in January 2025). We have installed a wooden pergola with integrated lighting and a misting system (water jets that cool the area under the pergola by up to 11°C). We have garden furniture and a barbecue-oven. The community pool is located just a few meters from the apartment.
The pool has a lifeguard, is rectangular in shape, and measures 20m long and 10m wide. The lifeguard only allows young children in the children's area, which is a section at one end of the pool dedicated to children and has a depth of 0.95m. Children must be accompanied by an adult to enter the pool. Children can use water guns and floats but cannot use inflatable mattresses. Adults have access to the entire pool, with the other end being 2m deep. (The pool is open from June 16th to September 25th).
The city has "Tivoli World" (an amusement park) ideal for spending family time at a very affordable price, with performances by national and international artists. There is also a "Cable Car" in front of the amusement park that takes you to the viewpoint of Mount Calamorro. "Sea Life" (an aquarium) is a delight for children and adults alike. "Selwo Marina" is perfect for lovers of aquatic animals, offering opportunities to interact with them during the shows throughout the day.
"Parque de la Paloma" (Pigeon Park) covers an area of over two hundred thousand square meters and features an artificial lake, paved paths, recreational areas, restrooms, and restaurants surrounded by gardens and rest areas. Throughout the park, you will find peacocks, swans, turtles, and rabbits roaming freely. The park is a leisure space for strolling and eating (there are candy stalls for children, restaurants, and cafes for adults). It is a public park.
There are a large number of restaurants scattered throughout the city, offering diverse cuisines such as Italian, French, Greek, Argentinian, Mexican, Indian, etc.
"Puerto Marina," also called "The other Puerto Banús," has slightly fewer millionaires per capita and a few less Ferraris on the streets, but the same number of bars and a great atmosphere to enjoy a night out with friends. If you like streets full of life and the sea breeze, this is your place, whether during the day (with family) or at night (with friends). There is something for everyone in this beautiful marina surrounded by all kinds of entertainment and leisure activities.
My recommendation is to visit it at night when the atmosphere is a 10 out of 10.
From the port itself, you can book numerous excursions to see cetaceans in the area, take a boat tour, and countless other things. In short, Benalmádena is a city designed for tourists.
The only things you can't forget to bring are good sunscreen and a good camera.
