EACH OF OUR SOLUTIONS IS COMPLETELY INDEPENDENT WITH ITS OWN ENTRANCE, PRIVATE BATHROOM, BEDROOM, AIR CONDITIONING AND INDEPENDENT HEATING AS WELL AS WIFI AND MORE.
Renovated in 2022, we designed and finished it in the hope of offering all guests a pleasant appearance and all the comforts necessary for a quality stay AND all the necessary services.
The solution in this announcement called DELUXE (defined as a double room) is located on the second floor without lift of a small building at No. 75 of Via Belvedere.
it has a comfortable kitchenette with induction hob as well as crockery and a convenient sink with drinking water, furthermore in a practical piece of furniture there is a fridge and containers for separate waste collection. The solution is completed by a well-finished bathroom with bidet and washing machine.

There is also a fiber optic connection and WI FI present throughout the apartment and in every room including the kitchen it is possible to connect to the internet with a LAN cable and if desired you can use the televisions as monitors for your PCs.
In each room there is a desk and the TVs are suitable for surfing the internet, in addition to traditional power sockets in the rooms there are USB sockets. Shutters that open with a button, quality curtains and upholstery.
In each room there is a window overlooking Via Belvedere in addition to the window and balcony located in the kitchen.
The heating is centralized with radiators and there are inverter air conditioners in every room of the house active from July to September.
NOTE: THERE IS NO ELEVATOR BUT ONLY 3 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS, ONE OF WHICH IS MORE INCLINED

Perfectly connected to any area of Naples, as well as having a well-established bus network with stops every 150/200 metres, Vomero offers several metro stops including the Vanvitelli stop and 4 days located approximately 400 meters from our B&B Belvedere 75 and 3 funiculars (Cimarosa, Morghen, Piazza fuga) which quickly connect with Corso Vittorio Emanuele, Via Toledo with its Augusteo Theater and A few meters away is the San Carlo theatre, Piazza Plebiscito and the renowned Via Chiaia and Via dei Mille with the shops of the most important designer labels.
