The space
This 320 sq. ft space is powered by solar energy and is fully equipped for your comfort. Kitchen features include a full-size refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, and electric tea kettle. The full bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower enclosed by large glass doors. Rest easy on a luxurious queen-sized Puffy Lux 100% memory foam mattress, and chill out with Netflix on the SmartTV after a day at the beach. Relax in the sun or shelter from the wind in the small grassy yard just outside the studio's front door.
The studio shares a wall with a garage, which is detached from the main house on the property. The garage is often used as a surfboard shaping shop, but you can always expect peace and quiet during guest hours. Speaking of surf, the property is just one block away from Pebble Beach Drive, where you'll find unparalleled ocean views, agate-filled shores, fun waves, and gorgeous sunsets.
Guest access
Check-in is contactless and guests are given complete privacy. You may see the main house residents coming/going in the driveway area, and there are some friendly neighbors around, but the owners will not interact with you unless you request assistance. Your privacy is important to us!

This studio best suits parties of 2 without pets as there is only 1 bed. However, kids and pets will be considered upon request. We have found that our house keeper requires additional time to thoroughly clean the apartment when guests have pets. We appreciate your understanding.
