The main floor has 2 beds and 2 full bathrooms. There is also a 1/2 bath by the back door that leads around to the back yard and pool area. The main floor also offers a laundry area.
The stairs lead down to a large living space with pool table, games, air hockey and bar area. There are two bedrooms with a full bathroom in between in the lower level walkout. The patio door leads out to another patio space with a pond.
The back yard has a large green area with tons of trees and flowers. There is a small creek that goes through the backyard.
The garage is heated and there is plenty of room for parking in the long driveway.
Pool has a shallow end (3-4ft) with the steps and then slowing does deeper- deep end max depth around 10ft. There are life jackets provided in the garage and pool toys. Please practice safe swimming and keep the pool area locked when not in use.
