Thank you for checking out our beautiful 2 story, 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom vacation home-away-from-home with all the comforts and high-end touches of luxury. This beautiful Orlando vacation home is located in Solterra Resort with a clubhouse, lazy river, resort pool and slide and gym facilities.
Driving takes only 15 minutes to Disney, 20 minutes to Universal, 30 minutes to the Universal Drive Outlet Malls and 5 minutes to Champions Gate, Reunion and other golf courses. For great shopping, the new Posner Park is within 2.5 miles; JCPenney, Target, Staples, Best Buy, Michaels, Starbucks and various restaurants.
Not your average vacation home property, with a 30” x 15” sparkling pool and bubbling spa sit within an extended deck space with beautiful patio furnishings to relax and sunbathe during the day. For shade, sit in comfort under the covered lanai; a great space for young children to play or rest. Safety is paramount, so there is also a full width, removable pool screen to protect children and ensure pool access control. Plastic glasses and crockery are available to use for pool-side entertainment and dining.
This 3298 sq. ft villa is perfect for large families, two families to share, groups or golfing couples with wonderful tiled living areas, including two comfortable sitting rooms and formal and kitchen dining spaces. The beautiful maple kitchen, with seating for up to 8 people, has all the gadgets and appliances you could need. An extended island allows for seating for 3. The kitchen is also equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave. It has all you need for in home dining with blender, coffee machine and kettle to compliment the various bakeware, flatware, utensils and dinnerware.
The 6 bedrooms ooze hotel luxury with comfortable mattresses, quality bedding and soft linens to sink into after a long day of fun at Disney, the theme parks or on the golf course. Each carpeted room has smart TV, Bluetooth alarm clock, and USB wall charger.

Along with all facilities at the villa, there are amenities for the use of our guests at the Clubhouse. It has quality facilities including an extra large pool with sloped entry and slide, lazy river, fully equipped gym, cafe and an outdoor lounge with TV and fireplace. There are also tennis courts, a volleyball court and children's play-park. The Clubhouse also provides a calendar of fun events to keep the kids amused.
Solterra is one of the top resorts within the Champions Gate and Davenport community areas; many restaurants are a short, 5 minute drive away along with grocery stores, bars, pharmacies and other necessities. With only 10 minutes to Walt Disney World, guests can pop between the parks and the villa to benefit from afternoon pool time, beautiful sunsets, fun nightlife and, of course, fireworks galore. Not many places can offer all this, book today.
PLEASE NOTE:
Pool heat is NOT included. However if you would like to make use of pool heating, please request for this to be added to your quote. The charge is $35 per night. There is no need for pool heat during the summer months.
