The house is ideally located near the lake, close to the village center and its amenities, in a very quiet area with stunning views of the mountains. It is possible to stay there throughout the year thanks to the varied activities. It has 6 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms or showers and 2 large living rooms.
CYCLISTS WELCOME as they can store their bikes in the bike shed.
On the GROUND FLOOR, you will find a large 80m2 living and dining area . The living room is very bright and is warmly decorated, with a country charm.
The reception area of the living room includes a sofa, several armchairs or poufs, a piano: a perfect space to chat calmly, meet for an aperitif or around a herbal tea in the evening.
Underfloor heating and a wood burner will keep you warm in the winter months.
The recently renovated kitchen is very functional and fully equipped. It is adjacent to the dining room, which creates a large convivial space.

The TERRACE, which can be accessed directly from the kitchen, is sunny and offers a nice view of the mountains. You can have your meals under the lime tree and rest under the tulip tree.
The garden is very large and pleasant for all.

Summary: This house is beautiful. It is incredibly well appointed with classy and well thought out furnishings. It has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The kitchen was big enough to cook for our family of 13 with large bowls, platters, and cookware. We felt immediately at home and comfortable. The rooms are large, comfortable, and all have spectacular views. We lacked for nothing with bikes the teenagers could ride to the lake with, a bbq to cook on, enough lounge chairs to relax in the shade in etc etc. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and only a 10 minute walk to the lake. We were in heaven and made wonderful memories. Thank you!
