The beach is of marvelous white and black sand, mostly deserted, perfect for swimming and available for your use at any time. Alternatively, enjoy one of three swimming pools, while reclining in a comfy chaise lounge. Return to a spacious, comfortable apartment to relax on your patio as the day fades to dusk, or turn on the air con and enjoy the same view through large glass slider doors! Summary: What a great experience for our first time in Panama!!! Check in was a breeze. We appreciated that we felt safe, especially with our 18 year old granddaughter with us. The unit was well stocked and clean; beds comfortable and AC worked well. We had nice ocean breezes. We could just get up in the morning, go for a swim in the ocean or walk on the beach for a couple hours, come back to do some sightseeing by car or just chill in the apartment. Granddaughter even took a surf lesson at Panama Surf School with Alex, which was about 5 minutes by car. Dora, our host, was awesome. We cooked several meals. Typically when we went out to eat or buy groceries at Rey’s, we went over to Coronado, which is about 15 minutes away and has a large expat community. Overall vacation was really nice.
