Our non smokers only apartment offers an amazing view of the Caribbean sea, 2 infinity pools, white sand beach, 2 bars, a panoramic view restaurant,new beach gym ($), new elevators, spa, surf school, free gated parking, 24 hour security.
In Ocean Dream resort, km 9.5 Kukulcan bld. 200 m to Cocobongos ,Cancun convention center, and amazing supermarket. Convenience store plaza 1 building over. On bus route.
Save money with kitchen! The condo has a new A/C (Oct 21st 2024), black out curtains, Smart TV, fiberoptic Wifi.
There's a queen sized bed in loft style bedroom, a new traditional double futon and a new deluxe twin bed in hall.
We have 2 foldable luggage racks (not to use as chairs).
We have a playpen/crib (for inside use and for baby up to 2 years of age 90cm tall,22 lb)).
On balcony there's a drying rack, 2 chairs, table and our storage closet (locked).
We provide guests 2 portable beach chairs, a sun umbrella and beach towels.
Our resort is a few minutes walk from Cancun's top clubs, music plays next to our lower level pool all day. Window panes are three layered.
The Ocean Dreams' lobby and services are for guests staying in hotel style rented suites. You can enter lobby to access restaurant, buy a tour or check luggage (20 USD fee).
Elevators are located 2 floors up on level accessible via steps or ramp. Not suitable for people with mobility issues. see photos.
We fumigate monthly, this is a tropical area.
Cleaning and laundry are done after your departure and for guests that stay for 7 nights or longer we provide a change of indoor towels mid stay.
Beach loungers belong to Kane bar and are pay per use and optional, daily fee of around 30 usd per person per day (may vary), refunded with food/drinks.
Registration takes place at the gate with our manager present between 3 and 10 pm at an exact time. You need to book a flight that arrives no later than 7:30 pm.
We don't rent to smokers/vapers/cannabis users, heavy drinkers or groups of students.
The condo and resort is for our registered guests only, ie no visitors.
Person booking must be one of the guests.
