The beach is in Edithvale is approximately 40 minutes drive from Melbourne city but a world away in cleanliness and pace with one of Melbournes cleanest beaches. Renovated in 2024 this magnificent home with deck around the house. This beautiful home has large backyard. Sleeps 11 plus 2 single sofa beds. We are happy to provide extra bedding and mattresses for a fee. Egyptian cotton linen and towels provided. Ocean and beach views. Chefs kitchen with Beling 3 door oven and butlers pantry. Pillow top mattresses. Games room with toy box for children and air hockey table and 75 inch.

Private entrance on ground floor for 5th bedroom and private workspace area. Parking for up to 3 cars onsite plus offsite parking. One of approximately 270 homes directly on the beachfront in Victoria. There is no road in between the home and the beach, just a beautiful hidden pathway of approximately 15 meters to the beach.
King sized pillow top bed from master bedroom has a private walk in wardrobe and incredible 180 degree views of the ocean over port Phillip bay. A 75 inch TV completes the room.
The second bedroom also has double wardrobes a queen size pillow top mattress, Egyptian cotton linen and 180 degree views over the bay.
The third bedroom has a double wardrobe, queen pillow top bed with Egyptian cotton linen. The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and single on top.
The family room has a 75 inch tv and opens up over the decking and leads into the gourmet kitchen and dining area. The games room also has a 75 inch TV with Xbox, open fire, air hockey table, toy box, library and treadmill. The sofas convert into 2 single beds.
Full laundry with washer, dryer, iron and board and drying rack.
The upstairs bathroom has a bath and shower and double marble vanity.
the kitchen has everything a chef can want. A 5 burner Belling oven with 3 individually controlled ovens and 4 door fridge with cold filtered water.
The beach at Edithvale is between Aspendale and Chelsea, approximately 40 minutes from Melbourne city. The beauty of Edithvale is its stunning clean beach with clear water. Dolphins can often be seen when the water is flat.
The outdoor area seats 8 dining table and outdoor sofa with pot belly outdoor fire. The large grassed yard is perfect for families to run around and play.
Kayaks with life jackets, bikes and scooters are available.
The trial to the beach from the back yard is secure for your safety. The short trail takes you through the carved trail in the scrub behind the beach through the beach boxes to the beautiful beach. In both summer and winter the beauty of this beach is unparalleled. A sailing club and lifesaving club are nearby. Small daytime celebrations by approval and must include catering organised by host.
