Between visits, shows, beaches and hikes, you will have the choice at The HoPe to create a perfect vacation in the heart of Provence while relaxing by the swimming pool. Facing south, surrounded by an enclosed garden with fruit trees and a vegetable garden, The HoPe is an easy-going and friendly bastide thanks to its large living space on the ground floor opening onto the terrace and the garden, its 5 independent bedrooms and its games room.
Our house resembles us, it combines modernity, tradition and conviviality with its open spaces where it is good to be together. Sporty (with all the stairs and the gym), organic (with its vegetable garden, its alternative building materials), festive (with its bbq, its long tables, its attic and its games room), it will know how to adapt to all your desires.
The HoPe (250m2 on 4 levels) can accommodate 8 to 10 people in 5 independent rooms (4 on the 1st and 1 on the basement). The ground floor living space (75 m2 with cooling floor) opens directly onto the terrace and the garden. There you will find a fully equipped open kitchen, the dining room with its large farm table that can accommodate up to 10 people, the living room with comfortable sofas and a beautiful fireplace and finally the TV and desk corner.
On the 1st floor, 4 bedrooms (2 with140 x200 cm beds and 2 with 160 x 200 cm beds) including the master suite with its bathroom, 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 separate toilet can easily accommodate 8 people.
On the 2nd floor: a large attic space currently being fitted out with the laundry area and a gym.
Finally on the basement floor, with independent access to the outside, is the 5th bedroom (a 160 x 200 cm bed or 2 80 x 200 cm twin beds), with its shower room, a lounge/games room equipped with a PS3, a Wii and children's games. All these spaces have windows, and the living room has a glass door. A separate toilet is also located on this level.
You will have access to the entire accommodation except a room reserved for our personal belongings, and some of our belongings will remain in the cupboards.
The swimming pool and garden are private and at your complete disposal.
In the garden, you will find a vegetable garden, cultivated in permaculture from which you can take some vegetables only if they are ripe of course, and fruit trees.
The HoPe makes it easy to visit Provence while enjoying the swimming pool and the freshness of the garden. The village of Puyricard and its shops are 5 minutes away by car, the center of Aix with its museums, churches, fountains, shops and cinemas is 10 minutes away and accessible by city bus (20 minutes, line 11 ). Access to the house by car is very simple and the highways to Marseille or the surrounding area are 2 minutes away. Cars can park in the access driveway (which is shared with the house behind) or in the parking lot behind the house. The garden is enclosed and an electric gate gives access to the road.
