The B&B is a completely private walk-out basement suite attached to our family home. Within the suite is a spacious open living room that features the dining area, kitchenette, couch/entertainment space, indoor fireplace, and bunkbeds. Past this, is the primary bedroom and full bathroom.

Dining
The suite is equipped with a dining table that seats four and is a great spot to enjoy a meal between loved ones or reconnect by playing the various boardgames that are provided.

Living Room
Sit back and relax next to the indoor fireplace or sprawl out on the spacious sectional sofa after a day full of activity. The open living room features a 55" 4K TV equipped with satellite TV and streaming services such as Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney+. Additionally, the living room features bunk beds and a large pullout couch that can accommodate kids, adults, or couples without sacrificing comfort.

Kitchen
Our kitchenette is equipped with all of the essentials to enjoy a nice home-cooked meal away from home. Within it, you can find a mini-fridge, toaster oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, double burner induction hot-plate, pots, pans, Keurig coffee machine, French press, and all essential tableware.

Summary: The host was very communicative and accommodating during the checkin process. The kitchen was well stocked for breakfast with granola, milk, bread, jam, and an assortment of teas and coffees. The outdoor space was a very pleasant place to sit for breakfast.
