Historical villa - modern holiday apartment! A skillfully designed apartment awaits you on the first floor of the house and offers space for 2 adults and 1 infant (up to 3 years) in a travel bed. The light-flooded living area with fireplace and a view of the spacious southwest balcony invites you to relax. The adjoining kitchen and dining area is fully equipped. In the bedroom with double bed (1,80m x 2m) you will find a second Flat-TV. This is complemented by the bathroom with shower and WC. A child travel bed can be placed in this apartment only in the living area. On request, we can provide a children's travel bed (without additional mattress & bedding) and a high chair for our little guests. For your comfort, the beds are covered on arrival and towels are provided.

Summary: Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sie ist sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet, genau wie wir es erwartet haben. Die sehr kurze Entfernung zu Promenade und Strand, sowie die Tiefgarage mit der Möglichkeit zum Abstellen der Fahrräder sind ideal.
