The space
A modern style and freshly renovated small studio apartment in San Juan.
We have a 180-degree ocean views of the crystal-clear water from the terrace and free parking.
The apartment features a Queen-sized bed, fast and free unlimited 200MB Wi-Fi Internet, and a 40-inch LED TV with Netflix.
We just finished renovating every aspect of this property. We basically tore it down to the cement walls and floor and then rebuilt it with functionality and design in mind. The result was a crisp, warm, modern studio that provides everything you need for a beach holiday.
We have a coin-operated washer and dryer in the building for your convenience. If you need $0.25 coins, please contact us, and we can exchange bills for coins for you. The washer costs $3.00, and the dryer costs $3.00 per load.

Casa Terra Porto strives to deliver top-notch service and amenities to guarantee our guests feel at home while visiting our properties. All of our apartments are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We don't provide wash clothes. We provide one bath towel and one beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least two beach chairs.
Casa Terra Porto provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include liquid soap, shampoo, and conditioner per bathroom, one garbage bag, one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one dish soap, and one dish sponge. Guests are responsible for purchasing their own laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock up with whatever else may be needed for your stay.
Extra amenities: Daybed and stroller.
Each must be requested in advance of your arrival. Please note that the daybed has a $10 fee, while the stroller is free.
Late Check-out: We offer late check-out at a rate of $45. This allows you to extend your check-out time from 11 AM to 2 PM. However, an extra day will be charged if you need an extension beyond 2 PM.
Additionally, we offer a complimentary luggage storage service at our communal office within the building. To use this service, request a security code, and your luggage will be securely stored for your convenience.
