Summary: Despite toilet by the entrance to the building that smells, everything is good. Service is good, the guy contacted me the day before checked in, making sure it's smooth and explained every steps to me, in Chinese though, not sure if it is the same in English. I guess Google translate can do it trick too. The room is clean, despite a bit aged in bathroom area.
