The ground floor features a large, unique space with a modern new kitchen, living room with a TV and piano, 140x200 sofa bed, bathroom with toilet, washbasin and Italian shower and another WC with washbasin and washing machine and dryer. Towels are available.
At the bottom of the stairs, you'll find a small relaxation area with two comfortable armchairs in front of a beautiful fireplace which also serves as heating for the apartment (wood available). Listen to your favourite music on the sound system with two speakers provided.
