Apartment Nonna Anna was completely renovated in early 2023, seeking to provide a liveability that helps guests feel at home. The large bedroom, the well-equipped kitchen, and the lights that are never direct and diffuse, have been designed precisely to guarantee silence, quiet and relaxation.
Apartment Nonna Anna is located in a small, closed street parallel to Via Portuense, opposite one of the entrances to the Spallanzani Hospital. The location of the flat is perfect for those in need of relaxation and silence, despite its proximity to all necessary services.
The house guarantees hospitality for up to 4 people in the same room, has wi-fi, independent heating, hot/cold air conditioning, a washing machine, electric shutters and many other small services that are often overlooked in a flat intended for tourists.
Apartment Nonna Anna - Terms & Conditions:
From the 1st of October 2023 each guest will pay tourist tax of 7 €/night.
Cancellation policy: 15 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check in from 16:00 to 21:00 .
Check out before 10:00 .
Payment upon arrival by cash only.

General:
Reception - Each guest has to organize check-in in advance, minimum 4/5 day before arrival.
Check-out time will be for 10:00 am - If you want to remain more time you'll pay an extra: from 10:00 until 15:00 = +35 €; from 15:01 = +1 night.
Check-in time will be from 16:00 until 21:00, always with previous agreement! Ask for a check-in in a different time means a fee of +35 € (before 16:00 and after 21:00); +50 € from 23:00 to 00:30; +65 € after 00:30
