Summary: Stay was spoiled (a little) by (some) staff. Check in person was a little confused (possibly some on us as we do not speak Italian). Asked about breakfast and paying but when we showed up for breakfast it was supposed to be booked and Sister Grumpy had a bit of a hissy fit. Lokk the place is very basic but comfortable and centrally located. Maybe the staff (and yes they are nuns so not their main role we know) could have a little hospitality training.
