Our spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium sleeps ten and is located on the 7th floor, east corner unit in Phoenix I with ingredible views of the beach.
The Spacious Living area with beautiful ocean views has a queen-sized sleeper sofa, love seat, two recliners and 55 inch Roku flat-screen television . Roku, Netflix's and others are available. (bring your ID & password to use.)
The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, new cabinets, granite countertop, and tile backsplash.
The dining area seats six to eight and kitchen bar area seats four.
There are full sized stacked washer and dryer in the hall closet for your convenience.
The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed and flat screen television and city facing balcony. The on-suite bath has a new Tile shower, granite countertop and walk in closet.

·Second bedroom offers one twin-sized bed and one double bed.
Third bedroom is our bunk room that sleeps five with three twin-sized beds, one over a double, one twin trundle and one twin bed. All adult size but a great place for all the kids.
In the hall you will find the guest bath with a tub and shower combination with granite countertop.

*Please note: Phoenix I has a solar-heated outdoor pool, and children water play pad which allows comfortable year-round swimming. There are also 5 additional indoor and outdoor pools available throughout the 4 building complex.

Our Building is are located close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, amusement parks, boating, fishing , golf courses, hiking, paddle boarding, kayaking, segue tours, parasailing and much more.
