Summary: We made a last minute decision to breakup our trip from Pittsburgh to Asheville area. This place was as described, nice safe neighbor that we walked through at night with the dog. Fayetteville is a cute city with many choices of restaurants and breweries. Definitely want to visit again for longer. The ice maker wasn't working and let the owner know. We didn't need it since it was quick overnight trip.
