The town centre, harbour and seafront are either a very short drive or a comfortable walk away.
The property has a neutral decor and a tastefully appointed comfortable interior. For 2020 the property has been redecorated throughout. Together with new carpets, lighting and oak flooring you will find a new smart TV, smart speaker with Alexa voice control, washing machine and fridge freezer. The bedroom has a new king size pillow top Hypnos mattress and oak bed frame.
On the ground floor you enter the property through an enclosed porch leading to the front door where you will find a good sized lounge with a 4K LG smart TV and Amazon Echo speaker with Alexa. There is plenty of comfortable seating including a sofa, reclining armchair and a bay window leather lounge chair/footstool. Vintage 'Ercol' elm furniture features throughout the property.
French doors lead to the very well equipped kitchen/dining room with built in oven and hob as well as a microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. You will find an extensive array of cooking equipment should you choose to dine at home. New Oak flooring for 2020.
A door leads to the light and airy bathroom at the rear of the property with WC, basin and a corner glass shower cubicle.
