This grade 2 listed cottage when first built housed the weighbridge and offices to weigh the loads carried by horse and carts which were on and off loading to canal boats at the wharf.
The cottage itself : Downstairs accommodation consists of a lounge / diner, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom with shower.
Upstairs has two bedrooms with twin beds (Please note the stairs are steeper than usual).
