The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out.
The Neighborhood:
Waldo is a charming neighborhood just south of downtown KC. It's family friendly with ample variety of restaurants, bars, bakeries all within walking distance of the house! The Trolley Trail runs North>South for pedestrian & bike friendly recreation and there are neighborhood parks just blocks away too.
Waldo is a quiet neighborhood. And, given it's location in South KC some road traffic and occasional sirens should be expected.
Getting Around:
You are welcome to park in the driveway along the side of the house, it is big enough for 1 car, and is sloped. You are also welcome to park along the street in front of the house, where parking is free on both sides 24/7.

HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.
Suspected parties or multiple, non-paid guests visiting will be promptly removed by owner. We keep a keen eye on things and expect to host five-star guests.
LOCAL guests - please send us a message before booking. We cannot host local guests without prior authorization or preapproval. We have the right to decline guests who refuses to go through our pre screening or disagrees with our house rules.
Interaction with Guests:
You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
