The owners of this property do own the property next to the house so you will see a gate from the arena to that property. This property is not included in the rental. The owners will sometimes have their cattle or horses on that property at certain times of the year, however you are more than welcome to ride your horses through the property. There’s a couple of fences to get out to different areas without having to go all the way around. They just asked all gates stay closed. You will see other people riding through this property as well all the neighbors know . This property is not a fancy resort. It isn’t ranch house where there are cattle horses, people and dust. It’s a great getaway for people to enjoy the quiet.
