If you have to arrive outside my check-in time please let me know ahead and please be sure you have received the instruction, read them ahead of time, and have them on hand when you arrive.

-I am often out of town but my housekeepers can be available to offer assistance. If you need anything, please contact me and I will let my housekeepers know to assist you. Please keep in mind they may need some time to arrive.
-The building manager or maintenance persons may need access to the property for a few hours in rare circumstances. They have the right to access it for the purpose of inspections, emergencies, or urgent repairs. I will try to notify you in advance to the best of my abilities.
