This house is located close to golf course, both indoor and outdoor pool including hot tub. The great room and the nice view of golf course from the back porch is very relaxing. Two leather recliner one that massages. Great place to enjoy yourself , and it's a gated community. South Padre Island is just a short ride over the bridge. Long Island is the neighboring island. There is also access to boat dock if you enjoy fishing, Check in is at 4:00 and 3:30 on Sunday . There is an 90 dollar parking and arm band fee so you can enjoy the amenities. This is a Long Island administrative fee, it does not go into my pocket. This fee is per family per month. Please enjoy your stay. This fee is nothing I have control over. This is a bill from the gated community, please note that after a 30 day stay the front desk will assess another 90 fee. . There is now a discounted rate of 30 percent off for the month of September, October, November, and December
