Just a few steps from the shops and on the south side of the village of St Jean d'Aulps, the view of the St Jean d'Aulps-Roc d'Enfer ski resort from the beautiful covered terrace and the large garden is splendid!
Set back from the road and very quiet, it is an ideal place for a high-quality holiday
Magnificent and very comfortable, it has 5 beautiful bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a large living room with a fireplace, television, DVD player and wifi, a lounge area with board games, a fully equipped kitchen, a large garage and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. On the terrace you will find a barbecue and all the garden furniture necessary for a very pleasant stay in summer.
You can park on site, in a private parking space.
For skiing, you have the choice between the St Jean d'Aulps-Roc d'Enfer area 2.5km away, the Morzine-Les Gets area 6km away or Avoriaz via the Lindarets in less than 15 minutes by car
You will thus be able to easily discover all the resorts of the fabulous Franco-Swiss Portes du Soleil domain by taking the free shuttle bus to the St Jean d'Aulps station which passes 100m from the chalet or the one at 1€/pers/trip to Morzine and passing 500m away
Finally, you will be able to practise many other activities, both in winter and summer: snowshoeing, ski joering, hiking, mountain biking, horse riding and various water sports on the Montriond lake such as kayaking, paddle boarding, rafting, canyoning.
Many tourist sites such as the Pont du Diable gorges, the Aulps Abbey, the Mer de Glace in Chamonix or the city of Annecy are within a radius of less than 80km
