We have the largest free-form pool in Jacó with 3 jacuzzis and a childrens' wading pool, beach style and wheelchair entrances, and lounge chair ledges. Plenty of lounge chairs, and a volleyball court.
Bathrooms feature shower/tub combinations with rainfall shower heads and a deep soaking bathtub in the master bedroom. We also offer complimentary toiletries. Free Internet access and Wifi in condo along with complimentary free Wifi access on property grounds and in the pool area.
Our convenient location provides a relaxed and private ambiance but still allows you to easily visit Jacó beach, located just 1½ blocks from our property, or simply stroll through the main boulevard of Jacó and enjoy a wide variety of restaurants, souvenir shops, & boutique shops.

Charter a fishing boat, Surf; Sup; kayak; take a 15 min drive to Costa Cat Cruises for a Catamaran ride to Tortuga Island for a full day of activities with free lunch & free drinks all day; 25 minutes from Carara National Park - the country's only Transitional Zone where you can see wildlife from both rainforests & tropical dry forests, and Bijagual Waterfall is just south of the park.

25 minutes before arriving in Jacó you will drive across your 1st Tourist Attraction, the famous Croc Bridge! We are only 1 hour to Manuel Antonio, where you can spend the ½ the day at the park and ½ day at beach and enjoy a sunset dinner at El Avion, and drive back to Jaco. Its a 2 hour drive to go Whale Watching at Bahia Ballenas, only 2 ½ hours to Monteverde, 3 ½ hours to La Fortuna/Arenal, and just a 5 hour drive to the Caribbean side.

- No loud noises or music after 10pm. This is strictly enforced by Security.
- If any evidence of pets or smoking in the property is determined after check-out; you will be charged a fee of $300 for each offense.
- Only 1 vehicles per reservation will be allowed to enter the property. Make sure that your vehicle remains completely locked, the administration is not be responsible for theft or loss.
- Please dry yourself before entering the building and elevators.
- Do not place towels or clothes on the balconies and/or chairs.
- Trash can be deposited in the trash cans located around the pool or in the trash cans located behind the emergency door, at the end of the hallway on each floor.
Pool Area Rules:
- Pool hours are from 8 am to 10 pm.
- No glass containers in the pool area.
- It is not allowed to enter the pool with clothing not suitable for that purpose.
- No horseplay or diving in the pool.
- Do not enter the pool covered with sand, please take a shower before use.
- Chairs & Umbrellas cannot be reserved or saved by placing towels or other items on or around them, neither before or during pool hours. Your items will be removed and taken to the administration office for retrieval.
*in the event that you receive a violation by security or administration, you will be responsible and charged for the imposed fines.
