As of Today Sept 28 our BEACH IS CLEAN NO SEAWEED.You will enjoy sleeping to the sound of the waves and sipping Margaritas on the balconies.
Located at the heart of Cancun's hotel zone in Kilometer 9.5 we have a privately owned unit at Ocean Dreams Resort this family condo is on a two level penthouse and offers panoramic views of the beautiful Cancun Beach and the lagoon with 24 hour security in a great location within walking distance to Plaza Forum by the Sea and Coral Negro market, Carlos N Charlies, Sr. Frog and more.
Guests are responsible for buying their own supplies, although, we leave some to last for a couple of days.
Both guests elevators are brand new and working as of January 2024.

This beautiful condo has 1,100 sq feet, 1 master bedrooms with a balcony facing the ocean, a 2nd bedroom facing the lagoon, 2 baths, dining, living rooms with a balcony facing the ocean, kitchen, free WIFI and cable TV with NETFLIX, parking (however a car is not needed), restaurant, beach chairs and umbrellas, Massages by the beach and 2 swimming pools right next to the beach.
Activities all around include: Golf, Water Sports, Movies, Restaurants, Nightlife, Tours to Chichen Itza, Isla Mujeres, Cozumel and many more.
Within walking distance, you will find many restaurants and bars including Carlos ' N Charlies, Sr. Frogs, Coco Bongo, convenience stores, banks, two malls (Coral Negro and Forum by the Sea), discotheques and much more.
