Positive: Very clear, fast and kind communications from the host prior to our stay. There's quite a bit of flexibility wrt additional baby chair or cot as well as early check-in and late-check out (albeit it being at extra costs). The hot tub was lovely - does require a bit of planning since it takes a while to heat up (as well as buying wood etc which is available at the supermarket on site). Very clean and parking in front of the house. There are 3 (!!!) TV screens in the house which seems a bit excessive but that's only personal ;)

Negative: The interactions with the host add a personal touch but the property itself is very plain and it would not have mattered if we had booked with the park directly. It's all very standard holiday-park and there was a complete lack of any kitchen kitchen basics such as salt/pepper/oil etc. Since there's a hot tub, an extra set of towels would have been nice.
