If you are looking for a beautiful ocean view, just steps from the water, and you want to hear the sounds of the ocean from the lanai, this is the place for you! Lovingly remodeled in February 2018, and with a gorgeous new bathroom in June 2020, this Condo is now available for the first time for rent. New stainless steel appliances, Nespresso coffee maker, new memory foam sofa bed, a new 55" 4K, HD TV set up with cable, Netflix and Amazon Prime, plus a new Air Conditioner installed in April 2023, as well as snorkeling gear, boogie boards and beach equipment, this condo features one full bedroom and bathroom, a wonderful extensive lanai that is protected from the trade winds and that overlooks the heated pool and the ocean, and all the modern conveniences of home. In the winter you can literally watch the whales from the lanai over your morning coffee! Take a short walk to the quaint harbor village and enjoy the nearby shops and restaurants, or take an excursion such as whale watching, snorkeling, diving, or a dinner cruise! The pool is just steps away, and features lounge chairs for relaxing in and built in gas barbecues for outdoor grilling. There is a lovely walk along the ocean front past all the Condos, where you can see turtles up close feeding along the rocks. At the end of Hauoli Street, just half a mile away, you will get to Haycraft Park and Sugar Beach, the longest beach in Maui, and further down the Kealia Pond National Wildlife refuge, a birding paradise. In the early evenings the turtles frequently come to the rock wall to feed, and at night you can watch the Kihei lights twinkling in the distance across the Bay!
