Summary: I saw the high star ratings of this property in the past, but I think the management has changed hands in the last year. The location and townhome was fine and fit what we needed as we we're just using it to sleep at night, but the communication was not great. I politely asked for an earlier check-in and a later check out and did not get a response. Then I did not receive my code to enter the property until one hour before check-in. There was also a previous review of bugs and I can confirm we saw bugs also. There were some spider webs on the exterior we had to try and get rid of. It certainly wasn't a bad place, I just wish the communication was a little better.
